AuthID app for iPhone and iPad

TeleSign AuthID is a mobile app that offers both push notification and soft token functionality. The push notification comes with SIMPLE and CODE Challenge modes.

Simple push: Push notifications appear on the phone screen prompting the user to interact. The alerts include customizable copy, banners, and icons, and the option to click “Accept” or “Deny.” If an end user selects “Deny” they are then given the option to report fraud.

Code challenge: A numeric code appears on the website prompting the user to wait for a push notification on their phone. The user enters the code (presented on the client website) into the mobile app to authenticate the session.

Soft token: Similar to a hard token, the soft token leverages a cryptographic key, providing a number that changes every 30 seconds. If the number entered by the end user matches the number on TeleSign’s authentication server, then access is granted.
